Founder and Chief Strategist
Puneet is working as a strategic resource for Sales, Business Development and Marketing with Urja Unlimited. He has over 13 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing and business development across MNCs and Indian organisations and has worked with ABN AMRO Bank, Sodexo, AMF Bowling and DecisionCraft Analytics in the past. His last assignment was with ABN AMRO Bank, where he was heading alliances for Credit Cards India business. He holds a degree in Engineering and is a Masters in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, India.
Vinod Ahuja
Chief Operating Officer
Vinod has over 30 years of experience in handling manufacturing units in diverse areas such as glass and rubber technologies to metal powders. His passion has been scaling up start up industrial ventures to reasonable commercial scale. His strengths and interests lie in spearheading new ventures and he brings strong technical inputs to each venture. Vinod has an engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Punjab University.
Tanya Ganguly
General Manager - Customer Sales Support
Tanya has over 7 years of strong customer service program handling experience. Having worked in organizations like Living Media Group, A&M Magazines & ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, her strengths lie in structuring service support infrastructure and ensuring delivery of efficient customer service. She plays a key role in ensuring that the products and technology being offered to customers shall deliver on targeted results successfully. Tanya is married and lives with her husband and two children in a suburb near New Delhi. Her current interest areas are innovative micro-finance solutions and efficient servicing setups in the rural areas.
Priya Rai
Director – International Program & Partner Support
Priya has over 15 years of experience in handling support programs. She is married and is based out of Columbus, Ohio in the USA. Her interests are strong in data modeling and analytics. She is instrumental in orchestrating international resource programs and aligning them to Urja Unlimited ’s internal objectives. She has graduated in Mathematical Statistics from Lady Shriram College, New Delhi. Having worked in organizations like HSBC Bank, India and JP Morgan, Ohio, USA, she brings valuable experience in accessing leading technology and platforms available for the organization to incorporate.

Gaurav Sharma
Gaurav is working as a Vice President with a leading M&A advisory firm in San Francisco. He has advised several global corporations in achieving their inorganic growth objectives. Some of his clients include Rolta India, Hinduja TMT, Insight Enterprises’ (Nasdaq: NSIT), Saber Corporation and Softchoice (a canadian public company). Previously, Gaurav worked as a consultant for several years and have advised Fortune-500 companies such as Eastman Kodak, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, P&G, Fidelity Investments and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Gaurav holds an MBA from Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, India.
